Comfort Zone  is a fully compliant PRM /TSI toilet module that is supplied flat packed to enable easy installation into the prepared area of most UK rolling stock –150,153,155,156, 158,159,MK 3, 321 – this list is not complete!

Comfort Zone is a standard product specially developed to achieve a volume manufactured cost – giving a very competitive UK source at a very competitive sales price.

Comfort Zone has the unique situation of bi – parting doors that do not have a floor track – this giving speedy smooth operation with no juddering or conflicting stresses between the top and bottom of the doors.  

Comfort Zone can be supplied with a cast aluminium dump to track toilet of a full vacuum system.

Comfort Zone has anti-graffiti finishes applied to all surfaces

Comfort Zone is supplied with standard interfaces for all services.

The whole package is also fully compliant to BS 6853 class 1A

We can aide product concept to manufacture through a wealth of manufacturing experience and industry exposure.

We have in-house CAD and CAM facilities.

PCC.eu holds the design rights to many of the products we manufacture that we can offer to our customers as off the shelf solutions.

We have our own pattern shop for tooling manufacture and maintenance.

We have dedicated production areas, including  an enclosed assembly area for complex builds.

We have strong working relationships with key suppliers to provide turn-key solutions to our customers.

We supply high specification phenolic mouldings to the rail industry.  A purpose-built Phenolics Moulding Factory has been established enabling the manufacture of products from customer designs through to the finished article. PCC.eu are able to carry out all processes from initial design through to final assembly in-house, allowing for greater monitoring of quality standards and ensuring the best possible product at the best price. Our in-house pattern shop ensures maximum tool life and a 5-Axis CNC machining centre ensure products are consistently trimmed to very high accuracies.

We often combine our abilities on Phenolic mouldings and Aluminium castings to provide a fully assembled and/or kitted solution ranging from down-lighter assemblies to stand backs fitted with all necessary switching, harnesses and fixtures as well as durable toilet facilities such as our hygiene unit complete with infrared operated hand dryer.
